Skysmind is an independent studio with a bigger ambition than making useful apps. We want to help change what people should expect from technology: less exploitation, less manipulation, and more care. That means building products that respect adults and protect young people, designing against grooming and abuse, and rethinking familiar categories so they serve people—and society—better from the start.

What do we build for?
People, first.
Before a feature ships, it has to do more than function. It has to move us toward a safer, more respectful internet.
Start with the human
Before a feature, there is a person. We begin with their context, dignity, and real needs—not a list of capabilities.
Protect by default
Privacy and safety should not depend on perfect settings or perfect users. The safer choice should be the easy one.
Design against harm
We examine how a feature could enable manipulation, predation, grooming, or harassment, then design those paths out early.
Make security human
Strong protection should not require a security degree. We turn responsible choices into clear, usable experiences.
Never build a surveillance loop
We do not design around tracking behavior, maximizing engagement, profiling people, or collecting sellable data about what they do in an app.
Build for the vulnerable
We consider teens, adults, new users, and anyone with less power in a system—not only the most confident person in the room.
Less, but better
We make room for the essential. Every decision should make the experience clearer, safer, or kinder—not simply busier.
Leave things better
We measure success by what a product gives back to its users, their communities, and the wider culture around it.
